Obituary

The still birth of precious infant, Alice Ada Rowden, occurred peacefully at 7:34 p.m., on Friday, September 4, 2020, at Phelps Health in Rolla, MO.

Those left to mourn the loss of little Alice include: Her loving parents, Caleb Michael and Emily Jordan (Ingersoll) Rowden, of Waynesville; her big brother, Russell James Gillis, of the home; paternal grandparents, Mark and Jeanie Rowden, of Waynesville; maternal grandparents, John and Jennifer Ingersoll, of St. Robert; maternal great-grandmother, Gretel Ingersoll, of Belen, New Mexico; maternal great-grandparents, Tom and Cindy Armstrong, of Cheyenne, Wyoming; maternal great-grandfather, Phil Riske, of Chandler, Arizona; aunts and uncles, Kristen and Nathanael Light, Mitchell Ingersoll, and John Wyatt and Morgan Ingersoll; cousin, John Wynn Ingersoll; and other relatives.

Darling Alice was preceded in death by her paternal great-grandparents, Richard and Marilyn (Dodds) Rowden; infant paternal great-uncle, Richard Michael Rowden; paternal great-grandparents, Teddy and Velma Nichelson; maternal great-grandfather, John Wallace Ingersoll; and cousin, Logan Dunn.

Visitation for infant Alice Ada Rowden will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, September 12, 2020, at Stonebrooke Church, 500 GW Lane, Waynesville, Missouri 65583, with a service following at 11:00 a.m. in the church with Mark Rowden officiating.

Interment will be in the Seaton Cemetery, near Dixon, under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home in Dixon. Pallbearer for little Alice will be her father, Caleb Rowden, and her honorary pallbearers will be Russell Gillis, Mark Rowden, John Waldemar Ingersoll, John Wyatt Ingersoll, Mitchell Ingersoll, and Nathanael Light.

Memorial contributions in memory of infant Alice Ada Rowden are suggested per the wishes of her family with envelopes available at Stonebrooke Church the day of the service or in care of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, P.O. Box EE, Dixon, Missouri 65459.
