Mrs. Schultz was united in marriage on January 16, 1954, at Brooklyn, New York, to Christian Joseph Schultz, Jr., and to this union, two daughters were born.

While living in the state of New York, Mrs. Schultz had attended the United Methodist Church and was a member of the Act One Theater Company.  She was a director and producer of musical theater and a qualified costume designer and seamstress, along with her husband, Christian, assisting with the designing and construction of stage sets for productions being done.  All through her life, Antoinette loved singing both opera and other types of music, dancing, acting, and modeling.  She was also talented in crafting stained glass creations, spinning fibre into thread or yarn, the craft of weaving or interlacing threads forming fabric, and quilting.  During her life, Mrs. Schultz was a devoted housewife and homemaker to her husband and daughters as well, and following the retirement of her husband, Christian, the family moved to the Dixon area in 1985 for their retirement years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Christian; one daughter, Diane Herring; her father, Edwin; and her mother, Dorothea.

The way Mrs. Antoinette Jane Schultz lived her life and interacted with others are two of the best tributes anyone could have for their life.  Fond and precious memories will always be remembered in the hearts of her dear family and all who knew and loved her.  Honorary pallbearers for Mrs. Schultz are her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Ericka Lewis, Ben LaFayette, Nick LaFayette, James Herring, Carys Lewis, and Harrison Lewis.
