Betty Ann Logan, age 85, of Dixon, formerly of Pocahontas, Arkansas, was born January 12, 1939, at Pocahontas, Arkansas, a daughter of Ed and Mary Myrle (Pratt) Kincade, and passed from this life on Monday, January 22, 2024, at her residence near Dixon.
She was united in marriage on October 1, 2003, at Union, to John Richard Logan, who preceded her in death on January 1, 2024.
Betty was baptized early in life and was a member of the Sutton Freewill Baptist Church. She was a loving and devoted housewife and homemaker. Betty was an avid gardener, enjoyed sewing, and singing at church, but most of all she cherished the time spent with her family.
Those left to mourn the passing of include: her daughter, Leah Ann Wilson (Chester), St. Clair; three grandchildren, Alyssa, Malea, and William; four great-grandchildren, Cooper, Oliver, Paisley, and Sydney; siblings, Gary Kincade (Sandy), Lindell Kincade (Ella), Thomas Kincade (Dawn), Joanie Barker (John), and Wilma Pierce; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband, Betty was preceded in death by one son, Tracy Edward Bowers; father, Ed; mother, Mary; four sisters, Roberta, Mary Bell, Louise, and Kathleen; and brother-in-law, Richard Pierce.
Betty's family and friends will gather at a later occasion to remember her life at a service of remembrance.
Arrangements were under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon, Missouri.
