Billy Alvin Hutson, age 79, of Vienna,  who was affectionately called Pop, was born on February 28, 1946, at Vienna, a son of Ora and Bonnie (Dambach) Hutson, passed from this life in the early morning hours, Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at his residence where he spent his last weeks surrounded by his devoted family and loved ones at his side. A tribute to the Dad whose steadfast labor and love taught them the value of hard work and family.

Billy lived his life devoted to his Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. It is with great sadness his earthly journey has come to an end; however, there is great joy knowing he has entered eternal life. Hearing "Howdy sons or I love you, daughter" will be missed but never forgotten. One of Billy's last words was "Hallelujah"!

He was united in marriage on July 15, 1966, at Vienna, to Wanda Evelena Honse and to this union, three children were born. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Hutson; one granddaughter, Makayla Hutson; his parents, Ora and Bonnie Hutson; one brother, Larry Hutson and one sister, Karen Henson.

Billy was a member of the First Baptist Church, Vienna and the America Legion Post #12. He had worked in maintenance and construction for the State of Missouri, retiring in January 2010. In his spare time, he enjoyed farming, hunting and fishing.

Those left to mourn the passing of Billy include: his children, Aaron (Kim) Hutson; Derek Hutson and fiancé, Shele Barrack; and Kami Breeding; his six grandchildren, Whitney (Derrick) Mathern; Chloe Hutson; Molly (Matt) Hayes; Annie Hutson and significant other, Adrian; Madelyn Breeding and significant other, Eli; and Taylor Breeding; five great-grandchildren, Oliver and Bennett Mathern; and Daxton, Colson and Lyrick Pierce; his brother, Edward (Vicki) Hutson; his special companion, Laura Luebbert; and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held for Billy from 9 a.m. until the time of his service at 11 a.m., on Saturday, August 2, 2025, in the First Baptist Church, 1004 S. Highway 63, Vienna, MO  65582 with Pastor Chris Slocum and Bro. Clifford Wagner officiating.

Interment will be in the Vienna Public Cemetery under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna.
