Catherine "Cathy" Blackwell, age 61, of Jefferson City, died at 1:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 31, 2013, in Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis.

Born October 8, 1951, at Jefferson City, a daughter of Clarence and Myrtle (Copeland) Blackwell.

Survivors: One son, Benjamin and Angie Onger, Jefferson City
One daughter, Dana and Joseph Reed, Villa Ridge
Grandson, Zane Reed and granddaughter, Brooke Onger
Spouse for 28 years, Michael Johnson, Jefferson City
Two brothers, Lawrence Blackwell, Olean; and Lonnie and Sharon Blackwell, Jefferson City
Two sisters, Velma Blackwell and friend James Renick, and Betty Blackwell Jackson
all of Jefferson City.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 3, 2013, in the Vienna Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes.
