Christine Sandra Hull-Fernandez, of Dixon, formerly of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, was born on April 15, 1972, in McHenry County, Illinois, a daughter of Perfecto and Patricia (Shoptaw) Fernandez, and departed this life at 8:00 a.m., on Friday, September 30, 2016, at her residence in Dixon. Christine had been in failing health since the age of 14 years, and she had attained the age of 44 years, 5 months, and 15 days.

Christine was united in marriage on August 6, 2016, at Mt. Vernon, Illinois, to Laura Ruth Graham.

Those left to mourn the passing of Christine include: Her spouse, Laura Hull-Fernandez, of the home in Dixon; one step-son, John Phelps, Jr., of Dixon; one grandson, Bentley Alexander Phelps, her mother, Patricia Fernandez, of Antioch, Illinois; her siblings, Danny Fernandez of the state of Wisconsin, Pat Brown of Antioch, Illinois, Debbie Valentine of Las Vegas, Nevada, Alicia Fernandez of Antioch, Illinois, Perfecto Long Fernandez, Jr. of Enfield, Illinois, and Yvonne Fee of Antioch, Illinois; nephews; nieces; and other relatives and friends.

Christine was preceded in death by her father, Perfecto Fernandez.
