MR. DAVE BAYSINGER
David Wayne "Dave" Baysinger, of Freeburg, was born on December 8, 1951, at Fulton, a son of Andrew Martin and Martha Washington (Henage) Baysinger and departed this life suddenly at 8:32 p.m., Friday, October 23, 2015, at his residence in Freeburg. Dave had attained the age of 63 years, 10 months and 15 days.
Dave was united in marriage on May 6, 2000, at Vienna, to Donna Ann Wieberg. He was preceded in death by his father, Andrew on May 19, 1971; his mother, Martha in October 19, 1979; two brothers, George Washington Henage in May of 2009 and William Joseph Henage on July 17, 1978; and two sisters, Carolyn Sue Henage on July 22, 2011 and Anna Louise Howard on December 31, 1998.
Dave had worked as a concrete truck driver and a wood cutter for all his working life, retiring due to his health. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, grilling, anything out doors, and just life in general. Dave loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Those left to mourn the passing of Dave include: his wife, Donna Baysinger, Freeburg; three sons and one daughter-in-law, Charlie and Sharon Baysinger, Fulton; John Baysinger and Joe Baysinger, both of Jefferson City; two daughters and sons-in-law, Marie and Bryan Verslues and Becky and Jamie Wiles, all of Freeburg; three sisters, Linda Noble, Vienna; Alma Boldwin and her husband, Gary, Rich Fountain and Velma Campbell, Ottumwa, Iowa; nine grandchildren, Roger, Andy, Torie, Alyssa, Blake, Saige, Savannah, Candace and Makayla; three great-grandchildren, Anson, Colton and Wyatt; and many other relatives and friends.
A Prayer Services was held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 27, 2015, in the Holy Family Catholic Church, Freeburg.
The funeral service for Dave was held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 28, 2015, in the Holy Family Catholic Church, Freeburg with the Rev. William D. Debo officiating.
Interment was in the Holy Family Cemetery, Freeburg, under the direction of the Vienna Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home. Pallbearers for Dave were Brad Wieberg, Eric Boldwin, Chauncey Boldwin, Gary Boldwin, Andy Baysinger and Roger Baysinger. Honorary pallbearers were Blake Wiles, Jamie Wiles, Bryan Verslues, William Steadman and Isiah Campbell.
Masses or memorials to Team Tony (Tony Peters) are preferred by the family with envelopes available at the Vienna office of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home.
