Donna Mae Bell, age 71, of New Haven, formally of Dixon, was born November 26, 1951, in Dixon, a daughter of Harold Gene and Zelma Lorraine (McClendon) Bell, and passed from this life Monday, February 6, 2023, in New Haven Care Center, New Haven.

She was a member at the Rainbow Activity Center, Sullivan, where she helped as a line worker. Donna loved to make potholders and give them to her friends and family, enjoyed putting puzzles together, playing bingo, and bowling.

During her working life she was employed with Shelter Workshop, Lebanon, until her health no longer permitted.

Those left to cherish the memory of Donna include: her three sisters, Betty Boehmer, of New Haven and Diana Weddle, Lebanon, and Phyllis Dye, of Jacksonville, Florida; one brother, Arnold Kennedy, of Lebanon; nephews and nieces; great nephews and nieces; and many other beloved family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Harold; her mother, Zelma; and her niece, Betty Michelle Null.

Graveside services for Donna will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, February 13, 2023, in Pisgah Cemetery, near Dixon, with Pastor Jack Caple, First Baptist Church, Dixon, officiating, under the direction of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon. Pallbearers for Donna will be Gavin Klinkerfuss, Kannon Klinkerfuss, Bret Malone, and Michael Malone. With honorable mention to the New Haven Care Center and New Haven Hospice.
