Donna Jean Hoeller, age 64, of Westphalia, was born on May 24, 1961, a daughter of Herman Louis and Salma Jean (Woehr) Hoeller, and passed from this life on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the University of Missouri Hospital, Columbia.
She was a 1979 graduate of Fatima High School and continued her education at Lincoln University. Throughout her working life, she was employed with the Missouri Department of Transportation in Construction and Materials Division, retiring after 27 years of dedicated service.
During her time with MoDot, Donna created training manuals and examinations for continuing education programs and traveled extensively to teach the very courses she designed.
Donna enjoyed playing the guitar, bike riding, and going out to dinner with friends. She especially loved the holidays and took great joy in making them fun and memorable for her nieces and nephews.
Those left to mourn the passing of Donna include: her siblings, Michael Hoeller (Anna) of Jefferson City, Joseph Hoeller (Jessie) of Westphalia, Shirley Hoeller of St. Elizabeth, Lisa Wieberg (Leroy) of Argyle, Peggy Wieberg (Dale) of Argyle, and Christie Mueller (Wilford) of Meta; 19 nieces and nephews; 19 great nieces and nephews; and many other friends and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father Herman Louis Hoeller on September 22, 1984, and her mother Salma Jean (Woehr) Hoeller on April 25, 2021.
Visitation for Donna will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 11, 2025, with her Mass of Christian Burial following at 10:00 a.m., all in the St. Boniface Catholic Church, Koeltztown, Missouri, with Rev. Basil Tigga celebrant.
Masses or memorial contributions in memory of Ms. Donna Hoeller are suggested to the Kaleb House, 807 W Broadway Street, Spiro, OK 74959, with envelopes available at the church on the day of her funeral service or in care of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, P.O. Box 250, Vienna, MO 65582.
