Dusty Nile Carroll, of Dixon, was born on March 14, 1998, at Rolla, the son of Terry Lee Carroll and Viki Marie Clancy, and departed this life on Friday, March 24, 2017, in the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital. He had attained the age of 19 years and 10 days.
Dusty was faithful to attend services regularly at the Idumea Baptist Church, near Laquey, and was a 2016 graduate of the Waynesville High School. He was an avid collector of items meaningful to him and especially enjoyed skateboarding and building furniture. Dusty had been employed by Chester's Chicken at Road Ranger, St. Robert, and was currently employed as a furniture builder. He had planned on attending welding school at the Waynesville Technical Institute.
Those left to mourn the passing of Dusty include: His mother, Viki Clancy and step-father, Matthew Melching,of Dixon; his brother, Kevin Kayden, of Lebanon; his sister, Toni Krieger, of Dixon; his two nieces, Christina and Ryla; his paternal grandmother, Linda Carroll, of St. Robert; his special friend, Nicole Jeffcoat, of Dixon; other relatives; and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Terry Carroll.
