Evelyn Louise Tinnin, age 87, of Koeltztown, was born March 6, 1935, in Cornwall, Missouri, a daughter of Benjamin L. and Blanche B. (Guinn) Tinnin, and passed from this life Monday, February 13, 2023, in StoneBridge Senior Living, Westphalia.
During her working life Evelyn was employed with the Department of Revenue and retired after twenty -five years. She enjoyed doing puzzles with her family and loved dogs. Evelyn was best known for her love of animals and kindness.
Those left to cherish the memory of Evelyn include: her two grandsons, Jeremy Knoll and wife, Lesley, and Scott Knoll and wife, Brandi, both of Freeburg; four great grandchildren, Meah, Connor, Xavier, and Cora; one brother, Leo Tinnin, Fredericktown; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Benjamin, on September 20, 1947; her mother, Blanche, on January 26, 1973, her daughter, Paulette Knoll, on June 4, 2018, and her son-in-law, Thomas Knoll, on January 5, 2004.
Visitation for Evelyn will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 22, 2023, in the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, 406 South Main Street, Vienna, Missouri 6558. . Serving as honorary pallbearers for Ms. Evelyn Tinnin are her great-grandchildren, Meah Knoll, Connor Knoll, Xavier Knoll, and Cora Knoll.
