Frances Anne Peters, age 59, of Vienna, was born August 20, 1963, in Saint Petersburg, Florida, a daughter of Paul and Mary (Hurst) Peters, and passed from this life Friday, August 25, 2023, at her residence in Vienna.

She was baptized early in life and enjoyed helping at church when she was able.

Frances was a devoted homemaker who liked to make flower arrangements that could often been seen throughout her house, watching the TBN channel, and loved animals, especially cats.

Those left to cherish the memory of Frances include: her four sons, Jerry Lee Peters of Lakeland, Florida; Erica Daniel Peters of Sebring, Florida; Dustin Matthew Peters of Jacksonville, Florida; and Antonia Peters; her daughter, Valentina Sarah Rosalie DiMaggio of Laquey; one grandson, Alejandro Anthony Cole DiMaggio; one brother, David Rowlins of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sisters, Jancie Peters of Lakeland, Florida; and Diana Reese of North Carolina; and many other beloved family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul; her mother, Mary; and two brothers, Edward Paul Peters, and Michael Peters.

Per Frances wishes, the family has elected cremation under the direction of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, P.O. Box 250, Vienna, Missouri 65582.
