Obituary

Ginger Kay Crismon, age 59, of Dixon, was born August 25, 1961, at Jefferson City, a daughter of Kenneth Monroe and Mildred Louise (Rowden) Roberson, and departed this life Thursday, May 6, 2021, in Mercy Hospital, Springfield.

She was united in marriage December 28, 1996, at Dixon, to Anthony Wayne Crismon.

During her working life, Ginger was employed as a cook at Dixon Nursing and Rehab for twenty plus years until 2011, when she retired due to failing health.  She was a devoted housewife and homemaker to her husband and family, and a caring sister specifically to her brother, Stanley, as well.

Activities Ginger especially liked included camping, watching Hallmark Christmas movies, truck and tractor pulls, demolition derbies, dearly loving family activities, and most of all, enjoying a cold Pepsi along with a Hershey's Chocolate Bar.

Those left to mourn the passing of Ginger include:  Her husband, Tony, of the home, Dixon; three sons, Michael Davis (Mandie), and Bradley Davis, all of Dixon, and Kyle Davis (Hayley), El Paso, Texas; seven grandchildren, Tristan Davis, Scarlett Davis, Kaylee Arnold, Jaedyn Russell, Lillie Lawson, Aaron Arnold, and Peyton Lawson; four siblings, Stan Roberson, Dixon, Carl Roberson, Meta, and Bill Roberson (Jane), and Sharon Casey (Larry), all of Dixon; dear aunt to many; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Monroe (4-11-1998), her mother, Mildred (11-22-1995); one brother, Greg Roberson 11-9-2018; and one sister-in-law, Patricia (Campbell) Roberson (9-6-2012).

Visitation for Mrs. Ginger Crismon will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 12, 2021, in Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, 105 East Third Street, Dixon, MO 65459, with her funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel with Bro. Ryan Hogshooter, Grace Community Church, Dixon, officiating.

Interment will be in the Seaton Cemetery, near Dixon, under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon.  Pallbearers for Mrs. Crismon will be Issiah Rybacki, Larry Casey, Jay Casey, Chris Roberson, Dustin Casey, and Dennis Roberson, and her honorary pallbearers will be Casey Franks, Sean Jolly, and William Roberson.

Memorials are suggested per the wishes of the family with envelopes available at the funeral home or in care of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, P.O. Box EE, Dixon, MO 65459.
