Glenn Edward Webster, of Dixon, was born on September 1, 1956, at San Bernardino, California, a son of George II and Carolyn (Johnston) Webster, and departed this life at 4:00 a.m., on Thursday, March 25, 2021, in Phelps Health, Rolla. He had attained the age of 64 years, 6 months, and 24 days.

During his work life he had been employed at the Porto Cima Golf Course, Lake Ozark, both in the building of the course in 1998 and in maintenance of the course for seventeen years, and was later employed by Emmerson Electric, Lebanon, prior to his retirement in 2018 due to failing health. Glenn was a good-natured individual, was an avid NASCAR and golf fan, and especially enjoyed his grandchildren.

Those left to mourn the passing of Glenn include: Special Friend, Ruby French, Dixon; his children, Paula Roush and husband, Steve Cole, Green Bay, Wisconsin; Joseph Roush, state of Texas; Nellie Tolson and husband, Paul Dennis, Lebanon; and William Tolson, Jefferson City; brothers, Geoffrey Webster and wife, Susie, and Gregrey Webster, all of North Pole Alaska; seventeen grandchildren; one great-granddaughter expected in April; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, George II; his mother, Carolyn; one brother George Webster III; one sister, Marla Brownell; and his paternal grandparents, George I and Irene Webster.

The way Glenn lived his life and interacted with others are two of the best tributes anyone could have for their life. Fond and precious memories will always be in the hearts of his dear family and all who knew and loved him.
