Jacob Willoughby of Shawnee, Kansas, was born September 23, 1983, in Kansas City, Missouri, a son of David Willoughby and Lucy Hughes, and departed this life on Sunday, September 4, 2016. Jacob had attained the age of 32 years, 11 months, and 11 days.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Nicole, an infant, on December 29, 1984, and Angela at the age of 14 on October 4, 2003.
Those left to mourn the passing of Jacob include his father, David Willoughby, Vienna; his mother, Lucy Hughes and husband, Marcellus, Kansas City, Missouri; grandmothers, Norma Willoughby, Vienna; Liliana Negrete, Mexico; and other relatives and friends
