Judith "Judy" Marlene Shockley, of Rolla, was born on March 13, 1945, at Manitowoc, Wisconsin, a daughter of Ronald and Margaret (Westrip) Rognlien and departed this life on Wednesday evening, December 16, 2015, in the Landmark Hospital, Columbia. Judy had been in failing health for some time and had attained the age of 70 years, 9 months and 3 days.

Judy was united in marriage on September 21, 1965, at Las Vegas, Nevada to Herbert Louis Shockley. She was preceded in death by her husband on October 28, 1993; her father, Ronald; her mother, Margaret and one brother, Paul Edward Kostrewski.

Judy was a member of the Rainbow Chapter No. 263, Order of the Eastern Star, Vienna and was owner and clerk of the Vichy Store, Vichy.

Those left to mourn the passing of Judy include: one step-son, George Shockley; one step-daughter, Terry Shockley; step-granddaughters; step-great-grandchildren; two brothers, Vernon Westrip and William Peter Kostrewski; two sisters, Patricia Ann Flagg and Mary Margaret Kostrewski; one niece, Lisa Marie Flagg; and other relatives and friends.
