Kelly Lee Wagner, of Clinton, was born on September 6, 1967, at Fort Leonard Wood, son of Shirley and Grace Elizabeth (Rhoades) Wagner, and departed this life at 2:27 p.m., on Thursday, January 22, 2015, at his residence in Clinton. Kelly had been in failing health for more than twenty years due to a cancer condition, and had attained the age of 47 years, 4 months, and 16 days.

Kelly's family was living in Texas when he at the age of eight years was baptized. He was a United States Army Veteran, and had served during the time of the Persian Gulf War. During his working life, Kelly had been employed as a mechanic at Wilders Recreational Vehicles and Golden Valley Tractors with both places of employment being in Clinton.

Kelly is survived by three children, Delana Wagner, Moundville; Dylan Wagner, Lamar; and Danielle Wagner, Lamar; his mother, Grace Wagner, Jefferson City; two brothers, Scott Wagner and his wife, Connie, Jefferson City; and Rev. Steven R. Wagner, Bland; nephews; nieces; and other relatives and friends.

Kelly was preceded in death by his father, Shirley, on March 1, 2008; and one sister-in-law, Betty Wagner, on September 26, 2014.

Visitation will be held for Kelly from 12 Noon until 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, January 31, 2015, in the Open Door Fellowship Church, 108 West Kansas City Avenue, Bland, Missouri 65014 with funeral services following at 1:00 p.m. in the church with his brother, Rev. Steven R. Wagner, officiating.

Private interment will be in the Rader Cemetery near Vienna under the direction of the Vienna Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes.

Memorial contributions in memory of Kelly envelopes will be available at the Open Door Fellowship Church the day of the funeral or at the Vienna Office of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes.
