Kenneth Thomas Ray "Kenny" Baker, of Dixon, was born on December 19, 1993, at Rolla, the son of Danny Gene Baker and Lena Virginia "Jenny" Copeland, and departed this life on Friday, August 18, 2017, at his residence. Kenny had attained the age of 23 years, 7 months, and 29 days.

He had attended the First Baptist Church in Dixon and was a 2013 graduate of the Dixon R-1 High School. Kenny especially enjoyed fishing, swimming and being with his family. During his working life, he had been employed as a general laborer in the moving of mobile homes and in the moving and storage business.

Those left to mourn the passing of Kenny include: His son, Landon Ray Edward Atterberry, of St. Robert; his father, Danny Baker, of Dixon; his mother and step-father, Jenny Copeland and Terry Matheson, of Dixon; his brothers, Guy Baker and wife, Deborah, of Dixon, and David Baker and wife, Laurel, of Vienna; his sisters, Kristy Baker and friend, Charles Smith, of St. James, and Elicia Morgan and husband, Joseph, of Dixon; nephews and nieces, Gracie, Dakota, Kalob, Ashley, Breanna, Aleksa, Alex, and Nolan; maternal grandmother, Lena Elfline, of Dixon; paternal aunts, Karen Nave of Wellsville, and Debra Baker of Dixon; maternal uncles and aunts, Ron Copeland and Carl Copeland both of Dixon, and Patty Phelps of Rolla; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Barbara Baker; his maternal grandfather, Thomas Stanley Copeland; paternal uncle, Terry Baker; maternal aunt, Catherine Copeland; and three maternal cousins.
