Lena Bell (Reeves) Fisher

Was born July 13, 1919 the daughter of John and Vurga Reeves and went to rejoice in Heaven peacefully on January 1, 2015 at her home in Rolla at the age of 95.

Lena was united in marriage to Charles Edward Fisher Jr. on September 18, 1938 and to this union nine beautiful children were born who survive. Donald Lee (Judy) Fisher of St James, Lonnie Edward Fisher Sr. of Rolla, Mary Ann (Roger) Abbett of St James, Charles Earl (Audrey) Fisher of Vichy, Pauline Janet Fisher of Jefferson City, Lily Belle(Larry) Seymour of Belle, Charles Edward (Carol) Fisher III of Argyle, Glenda Joann (Boyd) Williams of Rolla and Beverly Jean (Lee) Steveson of Camdenton. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren and 14 great, great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, four brothers and two sisters.

Lena has been a shining Christian example as a true Proverbs 31 woman to three generations and to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed by so many and fondly remembered as a woman of the purest faith and love for everyone.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 4, 2015, in the Vienna Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes.

Visitation 5 – 7 p.m., Saturday, January 3, 2015, and 1 – 2 p.m., Sunday, January 4, 2015, in the Vienna Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes.
