Mary Ann Fitzpatrick, of Koeltztown, was born on February 23, 1930, at Koeltztown, a daughter of Lawrence and Bernadine (Meyer) Lock, and departed this life at 1:26 a.m., on Monday, February 6, 2017, in the Capital Region Medical Center, Jefferson City. Mary Ann had attained the age of 86 years, 11 months, and 11 days.
She was united in marriage on October 27, 1951, at Koeltztown, to Bernard Thomas Fitzpatrick, who preceded his wife in death on November 28, 2011, as well as her father, Lawrence, on February 8, 1972; her mother, Bernadine, on March 24, 1955; one grandson, Kyle Fitzpatrick on March 20, 2004; her twin sisters, Viola Vivian on March 27, 2009, and JoAnn Fisher on September 25, 2002; and two brothers, Wilford Lock on March 8, 1973, and the youngest of the family, David Lock on December 19, 2009.
Mary Ann was a life-long member of the St. Boniface Catholic Church, Koeltztown, and was a devoted housewife and homemaker during her working life.
Those left to mourn the passing of Mary Ann include: Her children, Dewayne C. Fitzpatrick of Lake Ozark, Craig J. Fitzpatrick and wife, Kay, of Jefferson City, Roger S. Fitzpatrick and wife, Debbie, of Eldon, and Beverly Otto and husband, Ernie, of Brinktown; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; her siblings, Sylvester Lock and wife, Helen, of Jefferson City, Alice Daniels of Valley Park, and Irene Schoenen of Jefferson City; nephews; nieces; and many other relatives and friends.
