Norma Elizabeth Willoughby, of Vienna, was born on June 9, 1938, at Bland, the daughter of Floyd Ray and Matilda "Tillie" Elizabeth (Vaughan) Kinkead, and departed this life at 7:31 a.m., on Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at her residence in Vienna. She had attained the age of 82 years and 8 days.

Norma was united in marriage on December 24, 1954, at Vienna, to Jake Frederick Willoughby, and to this union, six children were born.

She had accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior while attending the Baptist Church and had followed her Lord in baptism. Norma enjoyed gardening, cooking, painting, fishing, and being with family and friends. For the most part of her working life, she was a devoted housewife and homemaker and was always diligent in providing for the needs of her family.

Those left to mourn the passing of Mrs. Willoughby include: Five children, David Willoughby and wife, Jane, of St. Elizabeth, Danny Willoughby and wife, Maria, of Foristell, and Donie Willoughby, Walter "Dale" Willoughby and wife, Debra, and Kim Eads and husband, Doug, all of Vienna, five grandchildren, Dana Wansing and husband, Chris, Danielle Eads and friend, Dennis Hutchison, Tyler Willoughby and wife, Shay,  Misty Weakly and husband, Tim, and Nick Willoughby, all of Vienna; five great-grandchildren, Larissa Rollins, Zachary Wansing, Alijah Mercer, Brookelynn Mercer, and Oaklyn Willoughby; one sister-in-law, Pearl Kinkead, of Dixon; nephews, nieces, with greats as well; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jake, on June 21, 1992; one infant daughter, Cheryl Lynn Willoughby, on April 5, 1960; three grandchildren, Jacob Willoughby on September 4, 2016, Angela Willoughby in 2002, and Nicole Willoughby in 1984; her father, Floyd, on May 18, 1976; her mother, Tillie, on September 13, 1986; and four brothers, Willard Kinkead in 1949, Millard Kinkead in 1984, Floyd "Junior" Kinkead in 1996, and Ralph Kinkead in 1973.

Visitation for Mrs. Norma Elizabeth Willoughby will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., on Friday, June 19, 2020, in the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, 406 South Main Street, Vienna, Missouri 65582, with her funeral service following at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Clifford Wagner, Jr., pastor of the Christian Life Assembly Church, Vienna, officiating.

Interment will be next to her beloved husband and other family members in the Liberty Cemetery, near Belle, by Birmingham-Martin in Vienna. Pallbearers for Mrs. Willoughby will be David Willoughby, Danny Willoughby, Donie Willoughby, Dale Willoughby, Tyler Willoughby, and Nick Willoughby, and her honorary pallbearers will be Doug Eads, Chris Wansing, and Dennis Hutchison.
