Orpha Jeanette Kelley, age 97, of Dixon, was born August 6, 1924, near Dixon, a daughter of Clem and Amanda Euleen (Baker) Jones, and passed from this life Thursday, August 12, 2021, in Phelps Health, Rolla.

Orpha accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior and followed her Lord in baptism early in life and was currently a member of the Santee Community Church, Dixon.  She was a childcare provider for most of her working life, and enjoyed embroidery work, and being with her family.

Those left to celebrate the life of Orpha include: Her daughter, Wanda Mae Kelley, Dixon; brother, Wilbur Jones (Viola), Dixon; nephews, nieces as well as greats and great-greats; and other relatives and friends.

Those preceding her in death include: Her father, Clem (11-17-1971); her mother, Amanda (7-4-1984); two brothers, Louis Loren Jones (4-11-1946) and Victor Loyal Jones (12-15-1992); and two sisters, Lillian Opal Martin (12-31-2000) and Louise Warnol (5-21-2011).

Visitation for Orpha will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 17, 2021, in the Seaton Faith Fellowship Church, 41758 Maries Road 638, Dixon, Missouri 65459, with her funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. all in the church with Pastor Helen Winters, officiating.

Interment will be in the Seaton Cemetery, near Dixon, under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes, Dixon.
