Pamela Ruth Elliott, age 75, of Westphalia, was born March 15, 1951, in Covington, Kentucky, a daughter of Wilbur Franklin and Ruth Mary (Hollandworth) Barlow, and passed from this life on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Capitol Region Medical Center, Jefferson City.

During her working life, Pamela was an office manager for a doctor's office in the state of Washington, retiring after 25 years of service. She was a member of the ASPCA and a garden club. Pamela enjoyed gardening, drinking wine while watching the birds and squirrels, reading, and picking on people.

Those left to mourn the life of Pamela include: her sons, Robert Elliott (Debbie) of Vienna, Kraig Miller of the state of Ohio, and Greg Elliott (Amy) of the state of Louisiana; two grandchildren, Lucy Elliott and Allen Woll; one sister, Benita Barlow of the state of Louisiana; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wilbur Barlow and her mother Ruth Hollendworth; and two brothers, Frank Barlow and Terry Barlow.

Following Pamela's wishes, the family has elected cremation under the direction of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna.
