Those left to mourn the passing of Phyllis include: Her husband, Casey Adams, of the home near Belle; her step-children, Casey Adams, Tonia Adams, Kelly Adams, Shannon, Adams, and Rosemary Adams, all of St. Louis; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her son, Dwayne K. Mayfield; and her parents.
The way Phyllis lived and interacted with others is one of the best tributes anyone could have for their life. Fond and precious memories will always be remembered in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her.
