Rebecca Jean "Becky" John, age 63, of Jefferson City, was born December 7, 1961, to Vincent and Billie Sue (Light) Steuber, and passed from this life on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, in Capital Region Medical Center, Jefferson City.

She was united in marriage at Jefferson City, on January of 1986, to Bhaskaran John.

Becky was a member of the Rader United Methodist Church, Vienna, and had been employed by the Missouri National Guard at the Armory in the purchasing department retiring in 2023.  In addition to being a homemaker, she loved being with her dogs.

Those left to mourn her passing include: her husband, Bhaskaran, Jefferson City; mother, Billie Sue Steuber, Freeburg; sisters, Sue Gillispie (Gene), Vienna, and Debbie Gleason (Bradley), Freeburg; nephews, Bryan Gillispie (Alicia), Vienna, James Gleason, Freeburg and niece, Brenda Johnson, Vienna; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Vincent on May 26, 1995; and her sister, Brenda Kay Steuber on November 18, 1963.

A private funeral service will be held in the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna, with Rev. Lynn Facmeyer, officiating.

Interment will be in the Rader Cemetery, Vienna, under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Vienna.
