Ronnie James Franks, age 64, of Vienna, was born September 10, 1958, at Mountain View, Arkansas, a son of Elmo and Morning Virginia (Wallis) Franks, and passed from the life Saturday, February 18, 2023, at his residence in Vienna.

He was United States Army veteran, a member of the National Rifle Association, enjoyed looking for arrowheads, and being outdoors. During his working years, Ronnie was the manager for Alliance Water District, Gerald, for 30 years, prior to his retirement and moving to Vienna.

Those left to mourn the passing of Ronnie include:  His son, Joshua Franks, State of Michigan; his daughter, Kayla Neier and husband, Brad, Freeburg; two grandchildren, Mya and Brody Neier; sister, Marilyn Sue Franks, Vienna; stepmother, Anna Franks, Vienna; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Elmo Franks, on September 2, 2018; his mother, Morning Virginia Gosser, on September 6, 2003; three brothers, Larry Franks, on November 2, 2008, Dewayne Franks, on July 15, 2019, and Lloyd Franks.

Ronnie's family and friends will gather at a later time to celebrate his life.
