Sandra Noel "Sandy" Stone, of Jefferson City, was born on March 18, 1952, at Washington, Missouri, and departed this life at 12:02 a.m., on Friday, October 23, 2020, in SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital, Jefferson City. Sandy had attained the age of 68 years, 7 months, and 5 days.

Sandra was united in marriage on May 12, 1972, at Jefferson City, to Louis Steven "Steve" Stone, and to this union, three children were born.

She had accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior and followed Him in baptism while attending the First Baptist Church in Belle, and currently a member of the First Baptist Church in Jefferson City. Sandra was a 1970 graduate of the Belle High School.

During her working life, Sandy became employed in the early 1970's at the Missouri Highway Patrol General Headquarters, Jefferson City, in the Crime Lab as an Evidence Control Clerk and later as an Administrative Office Manager, where she worked for thirty plus years, retiring in 2012. Sandra was also a devoted housewife and homemaker as well as always being a person who enjoyed working outside in her yard and garden. She especially enjoyed spending time with her little dog, Ruby.

Those left to mourn the passing of Sandra include: Her three children, Patrick Louis Stone and wife, Jennifer, of Independence, Douglas Aaron Stone of Springfield, and Christina Denise Stone of Jefferson City; her two grandchildren, Cameron Stone and Asher Stone; her one sister, Juanita Barton, of Jefferson City; other relatives and friends; and her little dog, Ruby.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve, on May 21, 2005; her mother, Ruby Ellen (Franklin) Krone, on August 2, 1998; her father, Leonard Leslie Krone, at an early age; and her one brother, Walter Laverne Krone, on August 2, 2016.

Visitation and viewing for Mrs. Sandra Noel Stone will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m., for family and friends, in the Union Hill Cemetery, 14403 Highway 42 East, Vienna, Missouri 65582, with her graveside funeral service following at 1:00 p.m. in the cemetery with the Rev. Melissa Hatfield officiating. Per Mrs. Stone's family, all relatives and friends are required to wear face masks and to adhere to social distancing guidelines while at the visitation and service in the cemetery.

Interment will follow next to her beloved husband, Steve, and near other relatives and friends under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home in Vienna. Honorary pallbearers at the graveside service for Mrs. Stone will be Patrick Stone, Douglas Stone, Matthew Barton, Darrell Patrick, Adam Patrick, and Richard Stone.
