Suranda Rachelle Culver, age 27, of Vienna, was born February 6, 1998, in Rolla, a daughter of Jerry Dewayne and Cassandra Lynn (Chapman) Culver, and passed from this life on Thursday, May 22, 2025.

She was a member of the Tabernacle of Praise, Rolla, where she attended with her family since she was a little girl. Suranda was a 2018 graduate of Harbor High School, Springdale, Arkansas, and continued her education in nursing at Texas County Technical College, Houston, Missouri, graduating with a bachelor's degree as an LPN.

Suranda was a kind, loving, and thoughtful mother, daughter, niece, cousin, and friend who loved to spend time with her family. Many would say that becoming a mother was the best thing that ever happened to her. Suranda put her daughter before anything else and the loving bond they shared was truly unbreakable, fierce, and beautiful. She enjoyed nature and hiking, baking, crafts, photography, and praise and worship music. Suranda will always be remembered for making people feel seen, heard, and truly cared for.

Those left to mourn the passing of Suranda include: her daughter, Patsy Hagen; her mother, Cassandra Culver, of Vienna; her maternal grandfather, Richard Chapman, of Rolla; her two brothers, Mason Culver and wife, McKayla, of Rolla, and Jared Culver and fiancé, Destiny Cook, of California; her sister, Audrey Culver and significant other, Blake Hammock, of Winona; her uncle and aunt, Yancey and Courtnee Chapman, of Prairie Grove, Arkansas; her cousins, Brooklyn Chapman, and Kade Rankin and wife Karaline; and many other relatives and close friends.

Suranda was preceded in death by her father, Jerry, on March 30, 2019, and her maternal grandmother, Suranda Chapman on October 7, 1990.

Visitation for Suranda will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 30, 2025, at the Tabernacle of Praise, 10730 County Road 2040, Rolla, Missouri, 65401, with her memorial service following at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Tim Blackwell officiating.
