Tracy Elaine Norton Miller, of Dixon, was born on November 14, 1975, at Waynesville, a daughter of Thomas Edward, Sr. and Beverly Joan (Stokes) Norton, and departed this life at 10:47 a.m., on Monday, May 11, 2015, at her residence in Dixon. Tracy had attained the age of 39 years, 5 months, and 28 days.

Tracy was united in marriage in August of 1996, at Dixon, to Bobby Henry Miller, and to this union, one daughter was born. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas, Sr., on January 21, 2011; her mother, Beverly, on March 20, 2011; a nephew, Maxwell Allen Blasé on March 24, 2011; and an uncle, John Lee "Booker" Stokes on December 11, 2010.

Tracy had accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Personal Savior early in life and had followed her Lord in baptism while attending the First Baptist Church in Dixon. She had served the community in various ways and especially as a Girl Scout Troop Leader.

Those left to mourn the passing of Tracy include: Her daughter, Amanda Marie Miller, of Freeburg; her brother, Thomas Edward Norton, Jr. and his wife, Charity, of Dixon; her sister, Ina Dearborn and her husband, Michael, of Dixon, the father of her daughter, Bobby Miller, of Freeburg, and other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Saturday, June 13, 2015 in the Dixon Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes with a Celebration of Life Service following at 11 a.m.
