The stillbirth of Tyler Burnell McElhaney transpired on Friday, February 23, 2024, at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.

Those left to mourn the passing of Tyler include: his parents, Trevor McElhaney and Viriginia Bachman, of their home near Dixon; his siblings, Cori Bachman of Austin, TX, and Taylor McElhaney and Kyle McElhaney, both of Dixon; paternal grandmother, Martha McElhaney; maternal grandparents, Leroy and Dawn Bachman; two uncles, Troy Barton and Tyson McElhaney; three aunts, Jennifer Bachman, Heather Barton, and Becky McElhaney; and many other relatives.

Visitation for Tyler will be from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 5, 2024, at the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home Chapel, 105 E. Third Street, Dixon, MO 65459, with his funeral service following at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Archie Atwell officiating, under the direction of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon.

Interment will be in the Gasconade Cemetery, near Dixon, under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, Dixon. Pallbearers Tyson McElhaney and Troy Barton. Honorary pallbearers for Tyler will be Cori Bachman, Taylor McElhaney, and Kyle McElhaney.
