Wanda Lee Grigsby, of Gerald, formerly of Vienna, was born on March 5, 1944, near Vienna, the daughter of Willliam Hiram "Bill" and Hazel Elizabeth (Crider) Breeding, and departed this life at 12.54 p.m., on Sunday, October 7, 2018, in the Mercy Hospital at Washington, Missouri. She had attained the age of 74 years, 7 months, and 2 days.

Wanda was united in marriage on August 25, 1966, at Dixon, to Loyd Ray "Bronk" Grigsby, and to this union, one daughter, Tina, was born.

She grew up near Vienna, was a graduate of the Vienna High School, and had attended the Rader United Methodist Church.  During her working life, Wanda had been employed as an assembly line worker for the Borg Warner Corporation, St. Louis, for sixteen years prior to her retirement.  She dearly loved her grandchildren and actually retired to care for her first one.  Bird watching was just her favorite thing to do and seeing them gather by the dozens at feeding time.  Wanda's family shared, the one thing for sure, was to have an ample supply of bird feed at all times.

Those left to mourn the passing of Wanda include:  Her husband, Loyd "Bronk" Grigsby, of the home near Gerald; her daughter, Tina Yeager (Brian), of Gerald; her two grandchildren, Brian John Yeager, Jr. and Brooke Christine Yeager; her step-sons, Loyd Ray Grigsby, Jr. (Kathy) of Ozark, Arkansas, Jimmy Dean Grigsby (Sherry) of Russellville, Arkansas, and Robert Charles Grigsby of Paris, Arkansas; her step-grandchildren; her step-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bill, on November 28, 2001; her mother, Hazel, on April 21, 2014; and her brother, Billy Ray Breeding, on August 16, 1942.
