Willie Charles "Bud" Summerford , of Vienna, was born on March 25, 1976, at Little Rock, Arkansas, a son of Willie Summerford, Jr. and Kathy Ann (Haddox) Summerford, and departed this life at 11:25 a.m., on Wednesday, October 15, in the Phelps County Regional Medical Center, Rolla, after suffering an apparent heart attack earlier in the morning at his residence in Vienna. Willie had attained the age of 38 years, 6 months, and 21 days.

During his working life, Willie had not been employed due to a health disability. Two activities he especially enjoyed were watching WWE wrestling on television and telling a good story to anyone who would listen.

Willie was preceded in death by his mother, Kathy, on February 23, 1990; and one brother, Jerald Dean "J.D." Summerford, in the year of 2003. Although he was never married, he is survived by a supportive and loving family including his father, Willie Summerford, Jr. of Vienna; and three brothers and one sister, Jay and Dana Summerford of Vienna; Keith Summerford and friend, Heather Calhoun, of Eldon; Danielle Summerford of Vienna; Michael Summerford and friend, Kristie Voudracek, of Vienna; six nephews; five nieces; and other relatives and friends.

Graveside funeral services for Willie will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, October 25, 2014, in the Countryside Memorial Gardens Cemetery, near Owensville, in Gasconade County, Missouri, with the Rev. Clifford Wagner, Jr., pastor of the Vienna Christian Life Assembly of God Church, Vienna, officiating. Interment and burial, near his mother, Kathy, will follow with all arrangements under the direction of the Vienna Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Homes.
